Planking is already hard enough, let along with resistance bands. I've never tried out planking with resistance bands before. I don't think that I have the body strength to achieve this program. I need to practice and improve my stamina batter for this. I'm not confident in achieving something like this yet, although, I'm not going to surrender this easy.
