No TXT CLASSES as of 3/14 suspended til further noticE.

Bonjour TxT family, 

Due to the wide spread and uncertainty of the coronavirus we are taking vigilant steps towards keeping the safety of our team and members. 

We will be cancelling all classes TXT and regular as of 3/14/2020.
We will decide if we have txt classes starting 3/23. 

We are closing child care as of 3/14/2020. 

Clubs will be open to workout in until further notice. We will be keeping a close eye on the CDC and World Health Organization to come up with future plans and the goal to get life back as we understand it. 

In this time, we ask everyone to try and remain calm and positive. We humans as a nature come together at times of crisis and this is a time we all need each others support and strengths to help each other get through this event of total disruption. 

It goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway. Please keep yourself healthy. Here are a few steps. 
With the worry and paranoia of the virus outbreak we have to be more vigilant than ever about listening to the ques your body sends you. If you are taking precautions to wash your hands, sanitize your mats and exercise gear, avoid touching your face and utilizing the ever so cool foot high five or elbow five then we can remain positive that you are going to stay healthy. Other precautions to take are resting on the days you feel fatigued. A compromised immune system from recovery after exercise, life stress or even lack of sleep cannot fully defend you. So please rest if you feel fatigued.

When you go to the gym please bring your own mat, towel, thoroughly wash your hands. Try not to touch your face. Together (in a comfortable distance from each other) we can stay healthy. We are doing our best at the clubs to enforce constant sanitizing of ALL surfaces.
