There are only a few more days of your plank challenge.
The last few days will be the most basic. You have practiced perfect form, stamina and tested your endurance. Now you get to really find out what your made of....plank wise.
Please do not continue to plank if you feel pain. Ask someone to adjust you if you are unsure of proper form.
