How will I eat?
The 6 week challenge will start with a two week sugar, alcohol and processed food cleanse. As the weeks progress you will slowly bring back in natural carbs and sugars. Coffee will not be removed from the eating plan unless you choose to do so on your own. After the first two weeks you will be required to take 1 "TREAT YO SELF" day a week; AKA cheat day or re-feed day. This recommended for satiety and sanity. This challenge aims to help you shed fat and gain muscular strength /tone by helping you get to know your body and its cravings and whats really behind them. While at the same time achieving your fitness goals.
What is required to win prizes?
Once signed up please check your email or spam filter for your email receipt. This email will instruct you how to start your 6 week challenge!
P.s. There is no first day meeting. You will receive your first group email January 3 so you can prep over the weekend for your first week. By throwing away foods you no longer want in your house and preparing meals you would like to fuel and nourish your body with. On that day, you can join a Toadal Cross-training class at the club of your choice. You are not required to take or use these program but it sure is a fun, easy, structured way to obtain your fitness goals.

- Fill out and submit Intro questionnaire and Outro questionnaire on time
- Email before and after weight plus Front/Side R/Side L and Back Photos [email protected]
- Email beginning and ending weight & measurements [email protected]
- Participation in Telegram chat and weekly Zoom check-ins
- Participation in TXT class and Weekly yoga
- At least 1-2 strength days a week and incorporating 10,000 steps a day
- Email fitness test before and after (you will receive this in the 1st week.)
