A 6-week mindful fitness challenge designed to support you in getting stronger and leaner. Your first day of the challenge will be the Friday, February 6th @ 6pm ZOOM CALL, however you will use the weekend to set your first week up for success. Pantry clean out, grocery shop, meal prep, plan your workouts, and prep your gym bag. We will not meet in person for the first day. FIT TEST will be Saturday, February 7th @ 8am at the West Side Toadal Fitness.
Toadal Cross Training (TXT) Membership for 6 weeks of:
Toadal Cross-training strength and conditioning. This 45-minute small group strength and conditioning cross-training program is designed for 3-12 people, providing a fun, scale-able, and constantly varied workout experience.
Our focus is on maintaining excellent form to help you safely gain strength. With the guidance of our trainers and our 10-week strength program, you can achieve your fitness and health goals. Plus, you'll get accountability, motivation, and unlimited variety!

How will I eat?
The 6 week challenge will start with a two week sugar, alcohol and processed food cleanse. As the weeks progress you will slowly bring back in natural carbs and sugars. Coffee will not be removed from the eating plan unless you choose to do so on your own. After the first two weeks you will be required to take 1 "TREAT YO SELF" day a week; AKA cheat day or re-feed day. This recommended for satiety and sanity. This challenge aims to help you shed fat and gain muscular strength /tone by helping you get to know your body and its cravings and whats really behind them. While at the same time achieving your fitness goals.

- Fill out and submit Intro questionnaire and Outro questionnaire on time
- Email before and after weight plus Front/Side R/Side L and Back Photos [email protected]
- Email beginning and ending weight & measurements [email protected]
- Participation in Telegram chat and weekly Zoom check-ins
- Participation in TXT class and Weekly hike
- At least 1-2 strength days a week and incorporating 10,000 steps a day
- Email fitness test before and after (you will receive this in the 1st week.)
- Email filled out meal plan at the end of every week
